Discovery
Before anything else, we ask a lot of questions: about your business, your audience, and the parts of your current brand you secretly (or overtly) can't stand so we have a clear understanding of where you are.
Strategy
Positioning, messaging, and a strong sense of direction, both visually and strategically. Everything that follows gets measured against this north star.
Design
This is where the magic happens. Explore, cut, refine, and show our thinking along the way, so nothing feels like a surprise reveal at the end.
Deliver
Tidy files, honest docs, clear path forward (and no files named FINALFINAL_v7). We hand off work your team can actually use, and we stay close for a while so the transition isn't a big event.
